For those that would like to contribute in another way, we will be spending any monetary gifts on special pieces of art for our home.

DRESS CODES: "Colourful Cocktail" on the Saturday means cocktail dresses for ladies, smart casual trousers and shirt for men. "Black Tie" means black tie (long or short dresses are both fine ladies). "Beach Time" on Monday means totally relaxed - think linens, dresses, shorts, sunhats.

HAIR APPOINTMENTS ON THE WEDDING DAY: There are many hairdressers around the lake, including a hair salon in one of the Trevignano hotels, Recostano Residence.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: We are collating these through this questionnaire if you could complete it before Sunday 24th June.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Where possible we are trying to connect people who don't have a car with those who do.
Where this is not possible we will book you an airport transfer with any other guests looking to travel at a similar time, prices are as follows:
From Fiumicino €80 car 4 people / €95 mini van 8 people / €110 mini bus 13 people
From Ciampino €95 car 4 people / €110 mini van 8 people / €150 mini bus 13 people

BUSES TO OUR EVENTS: We will be helping get you to and from our events by bus if you stay in the centre of Anguillara Sabazia or Trevignano Romano, or the two larger hotels listed on our Accommodation page. Each of the three towns on the lake will play host to an event so you can see the sights. We will contact you the week of the wedding with more information about the bus pick ups over the course of the weekend. In the meantime, assume that you have to be ready to catch the bus an hour before the event start time.

DRIVING TO THE LAKE: Both airports Fiumicino (FCO) and Ciampino (CIA) are approximately 60 to 90 minutes away depending how Italian you drive, and how Italian the traffic is at the time. We recommend hiring a car, you will find multiple operators at each airport, as it will allow you to explore the region (find out what is so great about Lazio here). The drive to the lake is relatively straight forward, but it can be easier to do in the daytime (there are no street lights on the lake roads, and there can be fog in the evenings). If you are coming late at night, note that the car hire desks at CIA do not wait if the plane is delayed vs. FCO where they do wait. Please note that you will also have to let your Accommodation know if you are intending to arrive after 19:00 (they will be there to welcome you, but only if told in advance).
